Conditions Treated

Types of Conditions Treated by Naturopathic Medicine

Virtually all chronic and most acute conditions can benefit from naturopathic treatment. Often the outcomes associated with naturopathic treatment are far better than other types of treatments. This can be due to naturopathic treatments having less side effects at the same time as building up the health of the body as a whole (a tremendous side benefit!).

Dr Hughes firmly believes in creating more side benefits than side effects!

An Important Note

Its important to remember that what Naturopathic Medicine really does is treat the individual person! Even though this is a list of common conditions that Dr. Hughes treats, it needs to be said that he prefers to think of himself as someone who specializes in creating healthy people. Symptoms are an expression of imbalance within a person. If you correct the underlying imbalance, symptoms no longer need to be expressed. Correcting underlying imbalances is Dr. Hughes’ specialty.
